Metal Cufar with intricate openwork
Metal Cufar with intricate openwork
$9.95
Each of these intricately designed metal cases is hand-crafted using a 4,000 year-old technique known as Dhokra. Artisans from Orissa, India shape each of these items in clay and then case them in strips of beeswax. This little case can be put to some interesting uses. It’s of course, a sweet spot for trinkets, knick-knacks and small change. But it’s an unexpected addition to a meditation alter to store your prayer beads, incense cones or prayer notes.
